• Are you open for in-store and online shopping?

  We are pleased that we continue to be open for business (online and in-store) and are available to serve you 7 days a week for walk-ins, however with added precautions such as hand sanitiser available at all of our stores.

  If you're wondering if your store's operating hours have changed, please set your purchasing method to "pick up" on our website and enter the suburb for your local store - all operating hours are regularly updated and will be accurate on our website.

  Deliveries are also of course still happening, however our drivers are not taking signatures as to abide by contactless delivery guidelines.

• Do you have a 2-hour delivery or express delivery option?

  Yes, we do have the '2-hour Delivery' or 'Express Delivery' service. But it is known as 'Delivery Now' at Dan Murphy's.

• Can I return or exchange an incorrect or faulty product?

  Yes, you can return or exchange a product. The fastest way to obtain a return or replace your purchase is to visit your local Dan Murphy's store where our team will be able to assist you immediately. If you are returning Direct from Supplier products or if visiting a store is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form and they will get in touch with you to discuss the available options.

  In the event that your product has to be returned to our fulfillment centre, please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at the fulfilment centre.

• Can I change/update/amend or cancel my order?

  If you wish to change/update/amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible via the Contact Us form.

  Please check your order status. If the order status is 'Order being processed', please contact the Customer Service Team to confirm whether there might still be time for us to amend or cancel your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, unfortunately, no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.

  If we are able amend or cancel your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agreeing to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation if updates require postage.

  If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order, which can be done easily through any Dan Murphy's physical store or via Australia Post (conditions apply, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy).

  In some circumstances, we may cancel your order before delivery in whole or in parts. The circumstances in which we may do this are set out under "Cancellations" in our delivery terms and conditions. We will endeavour to notify you of any changes made to your order before proceeding.

• How can I track my order I placed online or how can I check the estimated delivery status for my order?

  My Dan's members can track their orders online. Guests can also track their orders online.

  You can track your order online by:

  Clicking the 'Track your order' link given in your order confirmation email.

  If you have ordered products that are required to be delivered from different locations, (for example Direct from Supplier) your order will be shown split by delivery. For each delivery, there is a link provided to track it, once it has been packed.

  Visiting My Purchases on your account page.

  Selecting your account dropdown at the top right of Dan Murphy's homepage. Your pending orders will be displayed within the dropdown. By clicking 'View order details' on any order, you can see its status.
